IMPORTANT - Cotton brief should be worn under the garment.

1. To apply the compression garment, place the garment on the lower abdomen with the Velcro® facing outward and away from the body.

2. Pull the penis and scrotum completely through the
four inch slit in the fabric. The garment will expand to
accommodate the penis and scrotum for a comfortable
fit. To insure maximum compression do not expand
the width of the slit.

3. Holding the garment in place above the penis, extend
the garment between the thighs and up and over the
buttocks.

4. Stretch the adjustable straps UP AND OVER THE
HIPS. Stretch the straps around the torso and lock the
straps to the Velcro® facing to assure maximum
compression and support for the incision area. Trim
the ends of the straps as necessary after attaching to the Velcro®.

CLEANING: Hand wash in warm water using mild detergent. Allow to air dry for 60-90 minutes. Do not place in dryer.
